General Campground Information

Restrooms & Showers

This property only has two (2) single-occupancy bathrooms. For this reason, we require that ALL RVs have their own restroom facilities and holding tanks. Your RV MUST be able to connect to the water and sewer.

Camping Restrictions

All of our sites are paved and have full hookups: water, sewer, 30/50 amp electricity, and cable.  All sites are back-in - we do not have any pull-through sites.

ONLY FULLY CONTAINED RVs that were originally manufactured as RVs are accepted at this park.  Fully contained means that your RV has connections for electricity, water, and sewer, and that it has onboard bathroom and shower facilities you can use in the event ours are unavailable. If your rig does not meet these criteria and you have already made a reservation, please call or email us to discuss your options.

We do not allow the following:

  • Tents (including rooftop tents)
  • Passenger vehicles (including cars, SUVs, pickups, vans)
  • "Homemade" conversions of any kind *
  • Cargo trailers or box trucks

*Please note: Only RVIA-certified vehicles will be allowed to stay in the park. For a conversion, this means the vehicle has been professionally converted AND has been certified to meet all safety requirements imposed by the RV Industry Association (RVIA), including electrical, plumbing, heating, fire, and structural systems in the vehicle. Vehicle must display the RVIA seal.

Pet Policy

Dog Breed Policy: Our insurance provider prohibits us from allowing the following dog breeds from being on the property: Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier), Doberman, Rottweiler, or any mix including these breeds.

Dogs must be on a leash at all times when outdoors, even at RV sites when owners are present.
Pet owners must be respectful and responsible about pet waste. Please only let them use designated areas and pick up after your pets!
Dogs are not to be left unattended outside at any time, and may not be left outside overnight.
Pets are NOT allowed in any of our buildings.
Any dog displaying aggressive behavior will not be allowed to remain in the park, regardless of breed.

Monthly & Extended Stays

This park does not offer any long-term, monthly, weekly or extended stays. The maximum stay length is 28 days, with a maximum of 60 days total in a calendar year.  All nights are billed at the daily rate. For more information, call our office at 831-633-6800.

Firewood Policy

This campground does allow campfires.  However, please note that individual sites do not have fire pits. There is a community fire pit area which is available for registered guests to use at any time.

Guests are welcome to bring their own fire pits, but any fire pit brought from home must be off the ground (i.e. with legs or some kind of support).

Fire pits may not be used over the grass -- fires must remain over the cement.

Firewood is available for purchase in the office. We also have a limited number of rental propane fire pits for an additional fee.

Visitor Policy

All visitors MUST be registered at the office.  Due to the small size of the park and extremely limited parking availability, we do not allow more than 6 people total at any RV site, including both visitors and overnight guests.

Laundry

Our guest laundry room is open 24 hours and has 2 washers and 2 dryers. The cost is $2.00 per wash and $1.50 to dry up to 48 minutes (extra time: 8 minutes per $0.25). Quarters, laundry soap and dryer sheets are available in the KampStore.

Store Hours

The KampStore and Office are open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily.
